Due to the specialized nature of our products and our role as a supplier, our refund and return policies are designed to ensure fairness and clarity for our clients worldwide.

Return and Refund Eligibility

  • Our refund and return policy applies within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.

  • Customized or OEM products made according to customer specifications or drawings are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.

  • Perishable items, consumables, and goods marked as non-returnable cannot be accepted for return.

Return Process

  • Please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your order to initiate a return at info@wondee.com.

  • Provide your order details, reason for return, and photos of the product condition.

  • Returns must be shipped to the designated WONDEE production center address (to be confirmed upon approval).

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or defective products.

Defective or Damaged Goods

  • If you receive defective or damaged items, please notify us immediately within 7 days of delivery with detailed photos.

  • Upon confirmation, we will arrange for replacement, repair, or refund according to the situation.

Partial Refunds

  • Partial refunds may be issued for returned items that show signs of use, damage not caused by us, missing parts, or late returns.

Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective or damaged during shipping.

  • For exchanges, please contact us at info@wondee.com before returning the product.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized OEM products

  • Products damaged by improper installation or use

  • Sale or clearance items (if applicable)

Refund Timeline

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection via email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs for returns are generally the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or the return is due to our error.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
