Applications
The sprung drawbar integrates multiple leaf springs to enhance trailer ride comfort and reduce tractor hitch stress. It suits agricultural trailers carrying heavy loads over long distances. Install the drawbar with three U-bolts on the 20mm thick base plate, reinforce the pivot using a saddle, and lubricate the phosphor bronze front pivot bush for smooth operation.
Leaf springs absorb road impacts while transmitting forces between wheels and frames. They stabilize vehicle handling and guide the trailer during travel. Suitable for trucks, pickups, trailers, tankers, vans, flatbeds, and agricultural vehicles, these springs include conventional, parabolic, TRA, Z-type, and sprung drawbars.
