Description

The tank body is built with Q235 carbon steel at 4.2mm thickness for durability and safety.
It has an overflow valve pump, inlet and outlet on the right, one European tank port, and a bottom valve with voice alarm.
Lower loading and oil-gas recovery system installed on the right side for efficient operation.
The left side reserves a fuel dispenser position for optional installation.
The carriage includes a toolbox, two oil pipelines, two fire extinguishers, and optional flow meter, filling machine, and reel.

All main welds follow strict flaw detection standards for high structural reliability.
Single-sided welding and double-sided forming use butt welding with copper grooves.
Circumferential seam welding applies ceramic backing process for precision.
X-ray testing follows GB18564.1-2019 standard and required flaw detection ratios.

Tanks are sandblasted to remove dust, dirt, and rust completely.
This process improves paint adhesion and ensures uniform thickness on all surfaces.
Painting includes pre-assembly, paint baking, and final assembly for full coverage.
The entire vehicle achieves complete paint coverage with no omissions or dead corners.
